Here’s How to Check Milk Adulteration

Curdling Test - Add a few drops of vinegar to a sample of milk. If it doesn’t curdle immediately, it might not be pure.

Temperature Test - Heat a small sample of milk in a saucepan. If it doesn’t form a skin on top and boils over, it's not pure.

Droplet Test - Pour a drop of milk on any slanted surface. If it flows quickly and doesn’t leave any trace, it is adulterated.

Starch Test - Mix equal amounts of milk and water and shake them. If it forms a thick foam layer, it is likely adulterated.

Turbidity Test - Hold a light behind a sample of milk. If it appears opaque or cloudy, it might be adulterated.

Alcohol test - Mix a small amount of milk with an equal amount of alcohol. If the milk doesn’t form curd, it might be adulterated.
